Darius Adamczyk
Chairman of the Board - Honeywell

Mr. Darius Adamczyk is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell International Inc. and an advisor to Juniper II Corp. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Business Council, and the Business Roundtable, and serves on the Board of Directors of Garrett Motion Inc.

Previously, Mr. Adamczyk served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Process Solutions, President of Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Metrologic Instruments, Inc., Electrical Engineer at General Electric, and Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Mr. Adamczyk earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, a graduate degree from Syracuse University, and an MBA from Harvard University.
